Gratitude – Thankfulness

.

Our life is not ours; however, in the course of life itself, people know that their life has been given to them as a sacred trust. They live in gratitude and trust, and try to let the flow continue through them.

The simple act of practicing gratitude interrupts negative thoughts and changes our mindset to see the world in a positive way.

We should be grateful not only in good times, but also in bad times; be grateful not only in abundance, but also in need; keep gratitude not only in laughter, but also through tears and pain.

This capacity for grateful perspective is a muscle that needs to be built and used, and it is something that we must nurture and care for on a daily basis.

Have a beautiful weekend.
